Onboarding takes one to two weeks. Week one is a paid discovery sprint: stakeholder interviews, technical audit, success metrics, and a written delivery plan. Week two we ratify scope, sign contracts, set up Slack/Linear/Figma access, and schedule the kickoff. Engineering or campaign work begins immediately after.
